APPROACH

KCM wanted a space where their team could not only thrive but also feel deeply connected to the company’s ethos and values. The design reflects their bright, energetic, and playful brand identity. The layout plays a crucial role in day-to-day workflow with a variety of spaces that encourage natural moments of connection and comradery, foster collaboration amongst the team, and allow for more flexibility in effective communication and production.

Responding to KCM’s commitment to employee wellness, workstations are situated along windows allowing everyone to benefit from natural light. Additionally, amenity spaces provide opportunities for individuals to rejuvenate and recharge, empowering them to tailor their work settings to suit their individual preferences.
