APPROACH
The interior environment as well as the building infrastructure was in need of an over haul. A new fire pump room, sprinkler riser and sprinkler system were added with capacity to expand as the other floors come online for renovation. Restrooms were completely renovated and expanded to provide code compliant facilities along with a complete café kitchen. smbw used clean lines, bold patterns, and bright colors to deliver a branded, signature space.
